If you have ever called the Serene Christchurch office you will have talked to one of our great customer service team. We are lucky to have both Charlotte and Linda working in our customer service department, they are both very knowledgeable on the Serene range and are always happy to help arranging special requests, spare parts, providing information on our range/ stockists and answering basic technical questions. They are both incredibly important members of the Serene team as they are the main point of contact between Serene, our trade customer and end users. It is a testament to their professionalism and efficiency that whenever one is away from the office we have many callers asking for them by name.
